So since some of you are interested in an "anti-age" program, or you’re just 30+ and it’s time to take care of yourself 😆, here’s what I’ve recently learned and am trying to incorporate into my daily routine:

1. First of all - keep a journal!

Yes, a classic recommendation - but trust me, it’s incredibly useful.

Write a plan for the next day every evening before bed. It only takes a few minutes.

But what challenges might you face if you share my mindset?

Solutions:

  1. Keep your journal in a visible spot: a coffee table, dining table (if you spend evenings in the kitchen), bedside table, etc.
  2. Set a daily phone reminder at your usual bedtime.
  3. Don’t stress if you occasionally forget - just keep practicing steps 1 and 2 daily.

Key insight: Research shows it takes ~66 days on average to form a habit (source), but this can vary widely (18–254 days). If you struggle the first week, keep going!

Why journal?

(Personal note: I don’t always journal at night, but I always write my plan by morning. This helps me focus on priorities and avoid energy drains.)
